There is a $16.33 minimum on any Credit Card Charge and a one time, non refundable, $32.67 minimum to open a firing account. To not delay the firing of your work, make sure to measure accurately. There is a 16% restocking fee applied on any mismeasured work.
IF YOU SELECT THE RUSH FIRING OPTION, YOU MUST ALERT THE FRONT DESK SO YOUR PIECES GET PLACED ON A RUSH SHELF TO ENSURE THEY WILL BE LOADED IN THE NEXT KILN. IF YOU ARE FIRING AFTER DESK HOURS, KINDLY SEND A TEXT TO 917-5478316 WITH A PICTURE OF YOUR PIECE(S) AND THEY WILL BE MOVED TO THE RUSH SHELF THE NEXT DAY.
All pieces submitted for firing service must have a firing ticket included. We recommend you submit your requests from your mobile device while at the studio to avoid lost tickets. Choplet Studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
Please note that the studio does not have the capacity to store pieces for an extended period of time. Work not picked up after 30 days (1 month) from bisque or glaze firing payment date, will no longer be available for pick up. so please do not forget to pick up your clay-bies! Choplet Studio will not be held responsible and will not provide a refund if you come back to pick up after 4 week and your work is no longer here.
