A red, slightly coarse clay with excellent working properties for wheel throwing and handbuilding. It is talc-free and contains sand, making it suitable for medium sized forms. Cone 5 oxidation produces red/brown and reduction color is dark red/brown. Available for PICK UP at Choplet Ceramics Studio & Gallery 238 Grand St. during our regular operating hours until 7pm.

Clay is sold in 25lbs bags.  Must be picked up no later than 48 hours after purchase. Choplet Studio does not have the capacity to store sold clay past 48 hours.
