STUDIO RENTAL DROP IN
AT CHOPLET CERAMIC STUDIO & GALLERY
This drop in pass is for Choplet Ceramic Studio, during the open studio practice schedule.
2 hours Drop In can be reserved for hand building, wheel throwing or glazing sessions here. Please, only register for this service if you already have experience with clay or you plan on coming with someone who has experience and can teach you. Otherwise, you should book a class.
Clay is not included with the drop in session and can be purchased here or in person when you check in for your drop in. The studio can lend you a basic tool kit but bring your own tools if you have them. You are expected to fully clean your station by the end of your drop in session. Firing fee will be charged at 4 cents/cubic inch per firing. If you would like the studio to glaze your pieces with a shiny white finish, there will be a $15 service fee per piece, not exceeding 6″ in any direction.
Drop In Policy:
Drop in sessions do not come with storage space. The studio will store your work on a collective shelf for a MAXIMUM of 72 hours. To do so, you must book with the front desk a second drop in, to finish your work in progress, by the end of your first visit.
There is no refund available. You will be able to cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. No rescheduling possible less than 12 hours before your reserved time slot. If you cancel your attendance to a 2 hours drop in practice slot, you must rebook another slot no later than 7 days after the initial purchase date of your Drop in studio pass.
