2 Hour Pass for Independent use of Choplet Amenities

This drop in pass is for Choplet during Open Studio hours.

Use the time to explore wheel throwing, hand building, or glazing at your own pace. This pass is ideal for experienced makers looking for focused studio time in a fully equipped, creative environment. No instruction is provided; participants should be comfortable working independently. Please, only register for this service if you have experience with clay or plan on coming with someone who has experience and can teach you. Otherwise, please book a class.

If you are interested in booking a glaze drop-in, please email the studio with images of your work and a brief description of your experience.

We offer a basic tool kit for loan- bring your own tools if you have them!

Firing: 4 cents/cubic inch per firing

Add-Ons

Glazing Service:
Shiny white finish: $15 per piece, not exceeding 5″ in any direction
Custom colors: $25 per piece, not exceeding 5″ in any direction
Additional fees may apply for glazing pieces exceeding 5″ in any direction

Clean-Up Service:
$20 per drop in. Members of our shared community clean up after themselves. As a drop in, please notify our front desk prior to beginning your session if you would like to add on an optional clean up service.

Drop In Policy
Pass is valid for 7 days after purchase. Drop-in sessions do not include storage. The studio will hold your work on a shared shelf for up to 72 hours. To store your piece, you must book a second drop-in session at the front desk before the end of your first visit. No refunds. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled time slot and rebooked within 7 days of purchase. Rescheduling is not permitted within 12 hours of your session.
